CrunchyRoll Review: Punchline, Edge of tomorrow meets panties.

Crunchyroll’s variety of shows can be daunting. There are so many anime’s I’ve never heard of and so little time to watch them all. When it comes to picking one, you might scroll through the menu forever, judging the pictures trying to settle on a title. Or maybe you read the synopsis blurb. But most of the shows have the craziest, random, and out-there plots, that a simple paragraph really isn’t enough to help you decide. So maybe you try to watch the trailer, but half of the time they don’t even have subtitles. You might dig the character design so you decide to go for it. Which brings us to today’s topic, Punchline. It’s a new anime that started streaming on Crunchyroll this April. It’s only meant for the truest of Otaku, the kind of otaku that somehow looks past the weird cultural differences of a show that’s made for a very different society…
